LAOP State Meeting
The Louisiana Association of Orthotist and Prosthetist would like to extend an invitation for you to exhibit at their 18th annual meeting to be held on May 31st - June 2nd, 2023 in Baton Rouge, LA. The meeting will be held at the Renaissance Hotel. Take advantage of this opportunity to see about 100 attendees from the Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas and East Texas regions.

The exhibit fee is $500 for one table and $350 for additional tables. Each table will include 2 registrations. Tables will be pre-assigned based on when registration and payment is received.
** A late fee of $150 will apply to any registrations received after May 1, 2023 **
Please let us know if you plan to eat at the meals and crawfish boil on Thursday evening.
The meals and breaks will be held in the Exhibit area.
(Except the crawfish boil.)
Shipping and Receiving:
The Exhibitor/Company is responsible for the arrangement of all shipping materials, merchandise, exhibits or any other items to and from the hotel.
All packages must be addressed to:

Due to limited storage space, exhibit materials must arrive no earlier than May 30th, 2023.
Any deliveries prior to 24 hours will be subject to $50 per day charge.
Please make sure all items to be shipped are securely packaged and appropriately labeled for your preferred courier. You are responsible for having your labels ready in advance, the hotel does not provide labels or packaging.
Schedule pick-up of your items through your respective courier then deliver your packages to the front desk for pick-up at the end of the meeting.
All items must be removed from the hotel within 24 hours.
